When I travel Japan (same for France), 1 X0 ?. p' M& ?
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.  H/ }8 R3 P' _+ P! F% V
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

3 h' i, y4 W, uHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
! l) }6 N$ C& fand I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
