Based on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two, , m! y8 d3 h" U

& ~1 z; a0 T) e1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!!
, z7 c4 s2 v0 Z% _# h5 A" t/ zHigh-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria.

2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.
6 X( H# J2 G0 p/ d
0 Z' [+ G; s* Z+ E- m* BMany research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind.
& G9 }4 n) r% v
" _& C3 w! }( B1 X* hA balance diet, and exercise regularly
: Z: N- o3 Z4 {8 C9 n
0 h; B5 n4 f7 F5 B8 uEven though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.0 z2 G( Y9 L* D9 Y& l3 v

7 z5 S% n7 `0 j. dFor example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning. : K: y  R1 n5 t* I% `1 {& ?

! S2 e/ ?7 C9 U, y  W% T2 `Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.
