@4 e Q3 F* FI touch dead bodies all the time...cancer, surgerical, etc.
$ v3 Y9 F3 q! ] X1 W6 b1 x& V8 @0 p0 P. W% g! G
1/2 hr after dead, the body will lose the bounce and starting to feel like cold meat. It's kind of disgusting but after a while I am okay with it.

5 T( d% e; {! b: YWhen I touch the deceased, I kept telling myself this is not a person anymore, the person is gone and this (the body) is just the shell. If I know the patient well, I would even quietly say goodbye to him/her before the nurses come and pack him/her up.: p; l3 M4 u+ T0 G3 F5 v, q( I$ K

The ones with accidents in the ER are really bad, but we're too busy trying to save him/her to pause and think. |
