too many experts/technicans come from PRC and the vacancy of position would be fulfilled instantly8 [; N( M) e3 {7 J) h
no demand, how come to those supply?& i3 T2 b; l) K7 e! N. @
if ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go

2) get promotion
