( h* I& F! {% e8 O& h6 ^Based on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two,

1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!!

, ^* K- T; h( ]% r% W' U9 G2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.
1 y- O3 _8 `1 [
; w) u% t3 c: i* W: y. i# V2 a8 Y; `8 \Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.+ T5 `; |$ d6 r- t3 C) L$ M4 ^

For example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning. 9 T5 s7 G7 R1 T$ q

Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.
