Thanks for the advice. But I'm going for long term investment, which means I'm planning to own the house, and to collect money by renting it out.

  X9 r- t' M6 P% A! w. oIf it were for myself...I would do the hikes in the Whistler region! But the hikes are usually 7-8 hr ones...1000m elevation gain....8 e: ~, y; j" l# s- H6 o) j
