In Canada, it's easy to make money from renting houses out if your house is located near the universities. You can compartmentalize the house for the university students.

+ h  N+ E% z/ dThis is what had happened to a friend of mine.... but if you monitor the place on a weekly basis. it's hard for them to do so.
