I guess, the problem is: when mechanics fix up the buses, they don't clean it completely..  G# N9 ]& n; K7 P# M
and as air-cond buses are in closed environment( g# N7 `' A" @4 Z/ o$ e
the smell from engine oil can't evaporate easily.
