Here's my suggestion:

; R/ G2 [4 O; X; J* \3 k* q: S- Allow 版主們 to remove the points that 版友 just simply 轉貼 from other sites.

The effects are:
7 Z& X0 n. e7 O/ L; O4 B$ t- 版友 can still post interesting posts here to share with others (just won't get point addition).
# L9 X& s5 r$ C6 K. F* e  T- For those who want to 呃post and add points automatically, they will realize they are not getting any point and stop doing it.
  V1 t* {! h3 R/ J6 J8 K/ K- It gives basis for 版主們 to ban people who keep on 呃post by 搬字過紙.
