steam egg

I can't type chinese fast, so, I type english!

If anyone know how to stear egg here??
Have u found that if u steam the egg, it is easy to have air bubbles on the surface of the egg?
it is easy to solve this problem,
use boiled water, this is the main point, then the steam egg will no more gas bubble anymore

I remember my mum told me putting it can help something on steaming egg, but I forget,
