1. When you draft you can select your team ~ but only one player can go to one team within the same leauge. (unlike in VGM where everyone can pick any body as long as they stay within the cap.) Therefore it is VERY IMPORTANT to have a good team of players to begin with by DRAFTING.

2. When you have selected your team, the only way you can change a player is through "TRADING" with another team within the same league, or signing players which nobody has picked (waiver pool). Therefore we want everyone to participate because TRADING is so important.

3. You then have to select daily on players who has games to play on that particular day.
