After opening a save of Havant, all things are in my expectations....
1. All contract, include staff, are in "part-time".....
2. No transfer budget, no increasing of wages.....
But as Havant is one of the most powerful team in Conference South,
it is not difficult for them to take the champion without signings....
However nightmare exist after promotion, remain no transfer budgets with more competition.....
At the end of 08-09 season, Havant relegated to Conference South again..... = =""""
