for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc....... }* ]7 ^/ Y3 a* X

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion: I+ q1 _& ~2 m' _7 O) e4 X
6 l" S+ A& T- F5 `0 w1 J! nall conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion" A8 u8 K! Z9 F
