the new bill and the old bill are the same, sure there's a little more coverage, like from 100,000 to 250,000 and a little more tax cuts to the normal people, but the money still comes from the treasury, the money still goes to the banks and "investors" who got the rest of us in this mess in the first place. The only change is that the House has reelections coming along soon, and the Senate doesn't, they can do whatever they want.
