you need to use 豬腩肉 to make 東坡肉

Uh? That's mean the steam 豬腩肉 name 東坡肉? a little bit complicated for me =P

HON never ask me to cook, he always said what he need is a wife, not a cook =D But I think I will learn some for him sometime =)
not steam,  is 炆, 炆 3 hrs!

I understand 為食貓 means, so do I =D I like to taste any different kinds of food, but it's hard for me to get fat, lucky =D

nonono!!! steam = 蒸.... 炆 = put the food into the soup to cook 一段時間

Actually, it is not hard, it is an easy job....... you just need to turn the pork up-side-down every 10mins.....
