you may use Real Player to open the file , file type is 3GPP , normal Windows Media Player can't do it ; i use Real One Player ok

sure you need to install the given installation disc ; ( P+ k X% {' K' e% n& L$ m
- use 'Phone Manager' for linking & transferring files ; 4 A% G: a+ E+ N+ y9 H3 o3 ]
- use 'Media Player' to watch files ;1 }0 S9 l1 y% u/ {8 } w7 c& b( h0 Y
- 'LG Sync Manager' is no use actually1 `3 g& b( {4 A; F* @% G
- J9 F ^9 ~- Ri also use LG8120 , since Aug 2004 , till now over half year , but it's too easy to hang (it hangs over 15 times), it can be 'sudden death' when playing games or typing MSN or website watching etc. , no way to shut it down , always need to take away the battery & re-install
