When I travel Japan (same for France),
9 O7 J; H: u9 M) y3 HI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
' ]' ~: F1 w  m2 t* C1 x7 hBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.5 O( F$ }, X" T. p$ \% t
4 o& i3 I8 x% B2 C- C( k) a% @" f
Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,

MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION, ' u7 L: k( z* k/ C- g  P7 Z: n
