可唔可以分享下 [b]for the preliminary interview:[/b]
there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,
1 is impromptu talk
another is group discusion\(al"h v`;a(q
all conducted in english
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare l ^+H9y7sY&Dv
topic like "environment, biscuit...."l5Q(n#r8i/t"L M+_
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion0O M)Iu { f
