跑步點換氣

我一開始跑就鼻吸吸口呼呼'a#Z,g%|MSQ
跑左大約5分鍾度就頂唔順 開始用個口係咁大呼大吸3AE&S-v8RJ FT.h#W

nZ M5n|1AK 請教巴打點改善

Don't go too fast at the beginning, just try to breath slowly. But most importantly, try to jog at a most comfortable rate...practice makes perfect.
