too many experts/technicans come from PRC and the vacancy of position would be fulfilled instantly
no demand, how come to those supply?
if ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go
1) open a company or1U7z2hl!MG:M
2) get promotion
There would be no use to stay in the same position/company to "wait" for bonus/annual apprasial =.=" 人工係會(分好耐)慢慢提升,不過會一下就會下墮啫!
