Based on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two,
p2_#SkK.\:e
iI)oz,p EI^ 1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!!
?)t^R~ M6NS High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria. 9\0@1]R/w-?(t"d;Y%S
5|3M(w6u*|6sJ
2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.S,d$pu Q k ^E{?
W9\fEA T S
Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind.
%nX3zV xs:^,U :T1L9kW!_4CU
A balance diet, and exercise regularly
~0jlFv/i p:b7W
9R3A+NGNy-N Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.]!B!LG{

2s|slUkm For example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning.

Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.b{%a6Za.Y
