1u\O3ED` Based on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two, 8v)d n ?isS(Q#vC

9q?y*krA8H ekI 1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!! Z5X!no%T6_'D7R
High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria. @n;c Hj R4q

2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.
Q*E:X+UDm"J
1s.` IhG*~2_ Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind. 3o rL6m:o
q'D`&Z t m R
A balance diet, and exercise regularly
JLO6} O!cJ9J1FX:vi
T G'@8x:sK/n0^Y9E Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.A/an q [2ZC*P8Z
Zxb"Baf
For example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning.

Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health. N/C J2I b/NV8I5b&\
