The most important thing in starting business is the capital, once you have it, you can apply all your knowledge into building your dream. Then operating wise, you will need to control cash flow by several means such as setting up accrual accout with your supplier, take note of your receivables and payable............anyway, i guess you know a lot more about me........so......yeah, take your time and plan ahead.;ppC$r4j

I am a computer guy, don't know much about Accounting and logistic and how to make deal kind of stuff. All I know is how to read a balance sheet from the annual report when I buy stock. Of course I can't tell if there is a problem or someone trying to cheat.

doesnt matter, if not now, will be either sooner or later. consultation experience takes time and this is what 打工is all about. When I used to work, I tried to look deep into their business, such as learning inventory control (this is very important in any retail business), even if the supplier offers you discount on bulk purchase, never dive into the deal unless you are confident of your business rate of stock turn being high; also, how much cash should be kept inside the store, inside the cash register....etc; when to bank money?.........blab blab blab
