飲牛奶,沖暖水,睇書,聽歌,數羊..呢d我都試過,,都係訓唔到5...
我唔係好想去食安眠藥牙..大家有咩方法? 腹式呼吸一百下, 睇下幫唔幫到你, 不過記著要慢慢來, 打飛機...... 做PUSH UP~

不妨係訓之前一個鐘做大量帶氧運動
跟手就食少少野
你會好快訓得著
