for the preliminary interview:

4 g$ W7 s& y/ Z+ t! Fthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

/ {0 \& \5 C9 M3 h) limpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare' _! }3 K: w1 y% a# m& |

topic like "environment, biscuit...."( i3 V" A5 p6 l/ e% t* ~
3 r; a- ~1 A; u9 Q/ Y. ?group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

6 W, ]' z L+ s$ @: f' V! mthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
