for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:; e8 F( g1 q! _5 `
7 }- T7 m8 F3 M9 `! sit's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion2 P5 Q, n, J) z( w: j7 R0 i
. }5 z$ c' B1 p6 T0 i! T
all conducted in english0 [: l0 d. t2 }" ? x
! G9 }6 r3 X r% ^+ D, k& v! kimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare/ ^) e7 S2 D+ k( a: g
+ T5 @7 x& J- R$ }9 ?0 dtopic like "environment, biscuit...."5 a3 P- n9 e7 }! I3 v8 f2 t

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion/ T7 k4 c% k* I( q3 [5 b5 p9 x

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes/ N2 b- R& w9 O/ b

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
