there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......4 x2 s1 w8 j9 ?2 m

for the extended interview:& m& T- z! t2 h- O
( }8 D9 s" l% {: sit's divided into 2 sections,! f3 v* S5 j; j! T% C
1 is impromptu talk, R: X3 T: i$ a+ [5 M$ j2 Z
another is group discusion+ }! }$ w9 U; A' U; N/ a

all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion4 E6 C4 s3 F% ]/ Y# k" @

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
