Mind your disturbance to people in public
When I travel Japan (same for France),
6 Q% P5 T$ B. @ v; v) a9 ~6 }9 C, LI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
1 F0 J I+ {) JBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.+ C3 d+ B9 ~& m/ y8 D

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,* m# E3 a+ s. M' D& E) B" w2 }
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
