Mind your disturbance to people in public
When I travel Japan (same for France),
* D! y* P1 S, V9 b; H; C% NI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
|; @! Y6 l0 j! q* U! [" f# tBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
