there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,9 Y" t+ e! E0 W3 j0 u5 O. [
1 is impromptu talk) [8 p' Q+ R1 F6 O
another is group discusion& h6 l M( U% h# I

all conducted in english$ x* K. t# Z! [( Q

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare) T8 F7 m8 |; o- [- r

topic like "environment, biscuit...."+ t" |3 J; ?, W2 U( W) \+ Q" w1 X
/ k- Y2 k+ p4 E+ _group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!5 h; h2 v; \% P$ k
