there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare3 M" K, H% v$ f$ Z& E/ U" S

topic like "environment, biscuit...."# O7 ~6 |/ U/ z8 n' J
9 H8 M! v! h2 J$ X" D3 Jgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion$ b7 ~6 H5 u( G, Z# ]3 @* B) }$ a
