for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,* o$ V( ?2 u, V. g6 _

another is group discusion) @) F9 I2 o& a7 e

all conducted in english

/ i, a& n! s, t4 m9 n: b; D1 V. g2 Nimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare- u: p0 x3 G$ L8 f/ o1 X0 z$ V

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
