for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

/ p7 v, ~1 u/ b* }0 o) X$ nfor the extended interview:; x: w2 P4 A) E

it's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion

all conducted in english

2 \: R: ?' P) y$ G) u2 Limpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

Egroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion4 a- j. s; R7 S( b! Q

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!% N' Y1 N: M" E9 {- b% L3 h
