Mind your disturbance to people in public

I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
9 L) l1 K5 L, K- IBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.# [% D/ \" h: I+ J) n. E0 e
9 p$ }8 b, r& Q4 lHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,2 D$ ~, m4 ^' Q. C( O+ p( L
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.# Y, W8 m5 n a: L/ t$ w: x
