for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......1 K: H# f l! d! ^/ r
K$ s! J0 F9 x& I% L2 f6 H3 \for the extended interview:/ w6 Q% w3 {5 {% I
9 J: W9 T: @- o8 ? e) m2 oit's divided into 2 sections,0 S& F5 \0 X: {
1 is impromptu talk
/ I2 o/ W5 b; x, danother is group discusion4 T7 u6 z! @1 g# G5 |9 s6 u0 v

all conducted in english# p& x; _6 M, ^% E. t4 `, R
* E# E, M: c+ l" J- @impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare8 ?) v6 W1 D0 v5 p. P

topic like "environment, biscuit...."/ A# ` m" u! ? y" V- C

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
