Mind your disturbance to people in public

I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.4 V* u4 d6 }# s/ K a
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
