it is being CHARGED!!

phone at home. Just at that time a call came and he* B) J( q# w7 c% u" r
answered it, with the instrument still connected to
" c, V/ e4 _+ H% @; z1 ]the outlet. After a few seconds electricity flowed
# N) @2 Q, g7 }- R# rinto the cell phone unrestrained, and the young man

How about talking while using the charger in the car?  I do it all the time and so far I'm still alive.  Am I just lucky?

This couldn't be true.  You might have a chance of getting yourself burnt if a bad battery so happens to explode.  But there's no way you'd get an electric shock.  This is a just cellphone charger, how many volts do you think it outputs?   Where did you get this information from?
