A few days ago, a person was recharging his cell& z( i: K0 m2 v, w0 M. b
phone at home. Just at that time a call came and he, k! |$ G9 j) u7 z! ^9 _
answered it, with the instrument still connected to

into the cell phone unrestrained, and the young man& T& L# z' ~4 ^% W
was thrown to the ground with a heavy thud. * D! d& H5 `8 @9 j) _) H; [
His parents rushed to the room only to find him unconscious, with a

How about talking while using the charger in the car?  I do it all the time and so far I'm still alive.  Am I just lucky?

This couldn't be true.  You might have a chance of getting yourself burnt if a bad battery so happens to explode.  But there's no way you'd get an electric shock.  This is a just cellphone charger, how many volts do you think it outputs?   Where did you get this information from?
