answered it, with the instrument still connected to

into the cell phone unrestrained, and the young man8 v0 W6 [0 t& ]. a/ O

His parents rushed to the room only to find him unconscious, with a- \. S3 X5 o# A
weak heartbeat and burnt fingers. He was rushed to

How about talking while using the charger in the car?  I do it all the time and so far I'm still alive.  Am I just lucky?

This couldn't be true.  You might have a chance of getting yourself burnt if a bad battery so happens to explode.  But there's no way you'd get an electric shock.  This is a just cellphone charger, how many volts do you think it outputs?   Where did you get this information from?
