for the preliminary interview:

8 y* N  t' C0 j& V0 x  Bthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

6 m: j8 e( n. Vfor the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,. u* \5 G, A$ D9 ?+ V5 @" b7 ]; M
1 is impromptu talk
3 i5 b% l3 A) ?$ k/ T& Lanother is group discusion. S* R9 q7 U7 m

1 J" Z2 a5 i4 M4 ^) c1 A3 fall conducted in english; g( j) s) \- h6 \; A- s" a( e# y

( s1 v2 Z9 y% C/ z8 w0 I4 kimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
