for the preliminary interview:, Q6 {; u+ J5 ?- k; S4 `/ {

6 U% R, B) o& c- T) Cthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......+ a$ B/ D/ f0 U: Z. F

for the extended interview:7 L" \2 d9 p$ D; v* T& `' m; y! @
- A8 C7 i% g9 R; C# N2 Z
it's divided into 2 sections,
& G0 E/ Q8 U" N2 Q8 Q1 is impromptu talk
- u  S6 \! i& k+ O+ @' banother is group discusion
: h3 B" r6 a1 q- `, w1 }* {
2 A. d6 a+ O8 O2 J# ?% l/ lall conducted in english
7 Q8 ~3 S1 o; O8 U; I0 X- {* m& N+ v4 \- W. A8 N
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."$ v) o( F* ~. H6 |$ n/ o
6 d% [) x. x7 ^6 F' X
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!' \6 A( i+ d- e5 j$ f
