for the preliminary interview:( q0 c' |' r  i; A/ D# c

" W: X: s7 e, n& u' c$ l" Zthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,9 T$ M: H: l: a! p; F& J
1 is impromptu talk
2 O! _6 ?4 W# b1 n7 |6 ^another is group discusion8 x' g4 j$ i+ g7 Y

1 x0 Y; a9 }" j# Fall conducted in english
' z4 _) @( X8 K& D7 o" e
8 ^! m* q! c- u4 `1 O6 Yimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare+ J/ r3 y, v* p; F7 g1 S3 `' z

topic like "environment, biscuit...."
) D  J  i' g7 q: s9 W2 W2 [
- f# b  {7 f  V2 `) vgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
