for the preliminary interview:

: i+ n/ C/ x( T- cthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......+ ?$ k3 O2 p/ L8 `

4 z/ S, u$ q# k  |it's divided into 2 sections,
6 ~6 P% x* d  Q/ `$ `* j1 is impromptu talk' ?$ Y0 E! Q* P0 K1 c
another is group discusion- p/ `* J5 p# ~/ b# V$ r, f

. R; {' e9 P' g- v1 l. aall conducted in english4 R) J7 |. ?/ f5 \: p! G

2 q* S7 u9 d) V( v6 ximpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."6 k$ T& s  O$ o) Q" y; i( X

! g4 i+ b) P8 I% a3 ggroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
) V, v8 G( L5 v% h+ f; P1 p. b5 Z0 n6 k* w1 B: F. b+ _

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!  Q& s" i0 }$ Z) O
