for the preliminary interview:

2 f, r1 p8 T: l: w; ~) r1 x4 U, Wthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,
1 n7 l" t8 z" n7 ]1 is impromptu talk9 @$ h" N: f& ?
another is group discusion2 ?+ z/ z1 g r4 ^! a
4 n7 T$ ?% |& e9 Y( z0 Z
all conducted in english3 Y z( J/ K* b

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

7 H4 F! E6 g" z" R, `9 Qtopic like "environment, biscuit...."( v$ M- m& _3 i. E

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
