for the preliminary interview: p* C X3 Y2 ? @6 E4 o

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,1 A' r& b2 M& F1 J
1 is impromptu talk1 P7 A) ~' w* {* j" [8 H! o
another is group discusion

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare4 S1 }, Z3 m) r' V; {- N

topic like "environment, biscuit...."/ m0 q! j( O5 [

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion4 h* X, A5 p5 l9 f

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
