too many experts/technicans come from PRC and the vacancy of position would be fulfilled instantly9 i- k! `( y7 r/ ^% \% M/ K. L
no demand, how come to those supply?

There would be no use to stay in the same position/company to "wait" for bonus/annual apprasial =.="
