How about at the hospital?

I touch dead bodies all the time...cancer, surgerical, etc.* ?% d# X, T: P5 _9 p! i
, C4 ]9 T/ y' X- p- g- c8 w$ E1/2 hr after dead, the body will lose the bounce and starting to feel like cold meat. It's kind of disgusting but after a while I am okay with it." q s/ g6 z( h' a
% U6 {! V5 x. d4 t* F) SWhen I touch the deceased, I kept telling myself this is not a person anymore, the person is gone and this (the body) is just the shell. If I know the patient well, I would even quietly say goodbye to him/her before the nurses come and pack him/her up.

The ones with accidents in the ER are really bad, but we're too busy trying to save him/her to pause and think. |
