Mind your disturbance to people in public
When I travel Japan (same for France),
0 w4 Y/ L1 X0 w# @I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.4 o: v5 K! [9 f9 e5 t, D0 L# k
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
" [; R; `& ~7 l2 C* `and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
