When I travel Japan (same for France),
" Z* ]0 r! S4 e; b1 C" V% L' sI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.; F3 ~$ D; G9 ?
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.. P; n" ^0 a+ R' S
3 a+ k2 G$ x  X- K4 k
Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
( Y. \4 E! N3 h$ }2 _  A. Z5 \and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
