Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France), ) y( b, b2 a; E3 e. v+ m/ D
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.8 ?  N8 n, d8 l2 g* b! P
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,* U5 \  E7 D$ y
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.2 p& u* t7 v9 f3 a8 E
Therefore I here announce people: 5 A+ B, V5 o5 S# t, b4 f
MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
