When I travel Japan (same for France), 2 @$ s! P  n0 O) R7 z! f
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
+ K. z; A6 K' ~5 qBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,$ S  z) B& k4 f
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.

MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
