When I travel Japan (same for France),
3 {6 h" M; f0 U: n: _* I. RI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.( O3 c3 r0 T5 G
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.# Z" b+ p3 t1 I  h

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
