subject to immigration control. In general, nationals of Afghanistan, [6 H+ f+ {0 l
Albania, Cambodia, Cuba, Laos, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Nepal
& ]9 E% M" S# ~9 @; yand Vietnam, as well as residents from Mainland China, Macau and Taiwan are
