for the extended interview: ! y1 w0 C0 U/ O/ m+ s3 M1 U1 r6 ^* V4 O, ~+ H
it's divided into 2 sections,5 M0 T* e: n6 G" ?' s

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare 5 y- x" m8 ?! U! W# H. V& F$ T2 y9 i5 X9 d3 z. c
topic like "environment, biscuit...." / ~: X1 p( T% N* q 6 G' ?' g( L1 E' v5 D; k# ]group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion) e& l1 w8 L# Z/ ^8 f- W8 [0 A ]
