in the TVB sense, heck no. Let's say Mom is A and Dad is B, and Child is A. Dad's blood will not mix with the Child's blood, not even if they ARE related. But some other guy comes along, has A type blood, his blood will mix, is THAT relatedness? no. : G) O$ I!
