i believe that can be easily explained by newton first law.

Since the water on the earth will be attracted by gravitational force, it will fell on the ground.9 A P" |5 ^+ K2 {

But in the space, no force is added on the water will u X the ball ,so the water will remain its old velocity(don't move)
