i believe that can be easily explained by newton first law.1 m( X" f3 @5 G7 p% L
When no net force act on a object, the object will travel with constant velocity.

Since the water on the earth will be attracted by gravitational force, it will fell on the ground.* O9 r7 F/ c' Z0 d5 b

But in the space, no force is added on the water will u X the ball ,so the water will remain its old velocity(don't move)
