i believe that can be easily explained by newton first law.2 P3 u) G0 O( Q& V; A- C H8 f
When no net force act on a object, the object will travel with constant velocity.

Since the water on the earth will be attracted by gravitational force, it will fell on the ground.

But in the space, no force is added on the water will u X the ball ,so the water will remain its old velocity(don't move)
