間唔中嗎?知原因嗎?通常用咩方法解救?最勁試過訓係張床到幾耐先訓著?$ x8 x/ N" T" k% p
~試過1點幾 就5點先訓到

我感到壓力很大的時候就會失眠, R1 y2 e, h% I- U; f" u
大慨三個月左右一次
$ I5 S8 h" K; S5 H差不多每次都會連續三十幾個鈡頭都冇瞓; H; w; V" m, x# R; B/ r0 J
再唔係就每日瞓得兩個鈡 (連續兩星期左右)$ R7 z7 k  [) B5 Y9 @
連食医生開嘅安眠藥都無用...真係好辛苦...人都癲...

@@我尋日就真係訓得兩粒鐘左右..1點幾睇完創世紀訓~
9 u2 S! y* L) G+ u, D/ J3 h3 y開下閉下~展轉反側~開燈訓住黎睇書諗住易d~但都係咁~最後4點9望住個鐘同自己講!訓呀!!!!
% E3 n3 }# E: G5 Y9 q2 K9 a..........................今日考writing差過上年~因為出題目係"friend stealing because poor ...how can help he?"一來腦裡空白~二來~偷野無優點,,,so..有d上年都有用o既生字都無用到~( }, ]0 L- J8 @$ W  o
好似"although"anyway"however" 正係好似小學生咁猛用it is,can,唉....

夜晚12點幾訓....點幾就起身...之後都訓唔著...真係人都癲...$ B; [3 u5 y; R; ^+ o1 G# K* K
但係我覺得有個方法都既好.唔洗食藥.點香"分"(同音字)= =點左之後就慢慢深呼吸,好快就會訓著......注本人覺得真係好訓d..但就晚晚發d怪夢)信唔信就見人見志..

有時一合起對眼, 就會諗起d恐怖野~ 咪訓唔到lo  l; B" [3 u0 O6 I
如果熄左燈, 我又驚到訓唔到 =.= ( 我好怕黑 )0 [* `/ V" K& z
不過真正一次失眠係0係澳門~, q+ {" Y/ Z$ v% f
個日飲左杯珍珠奶茶,

" I0 y+ T0 d- d6 b1 s0 W係到睇電視~~ 仲記得睇左熱門小馬 ( 3:00 )

My worst is 4 hrs. I was going thru a lot ( getting married, about to change job and move to a new country, etc.). I can't sleep when I get lots of pressure.

9 C6 ~) s9 g  o: U: {I realize if I go for light exercise during the day (like running/speedwalking at park for 1/2 hr) my chances of insomia is less. (Don't exericse within an hour of your bed time! It keeps your metabolism up and you won't be able to sleep!).

8 p1 T3 B0 K2 T% DReading a novel (not something too entertaining like 1 magazine or hard like textbook) helps a bit too.% ?% r+ @8 y; L4 L& n/ A

2 T- S4 n8 y0 h- A0 Y% LI usually get up to my study and read when I can't sleep (don't want to wake up my wife). Staying up in bed for more than 1 hr would only make it worse.

Another time both my wife and I can't sleep....we ended up having sex and went to sleep soon after we're done. Too tired.

also i sleeps 4 to 6hrs i watch TV until 2:30am
