間唔中嗎?知原因嗎?通常用咩方法解救?最勁試過訓係張床到幾耐先訓著?: ^, [# z" X+ g7 k) o8 F
~試過1點幾 就5點先訓到

我感到壓力很大的時候就會失眠' D! L3 I0 t; }3 \
大慨三個月左右一次
' P% I7 |3 T9 i# r! A! g. q7 C差不多每次都會連續三十幾個鈡頭都冇瞓
. @5 J6 G. n# f9 Z# }2 `- m7 y再唔係就每日瞓得兩個鈡 (連續兩星期左右), `& r" J6 q6 P9 j5 P$ |
連食医生開嘅安眠藥都無用...真係好辛苦...人都癲...

@@我尋日就真係訓得兩粒鐘左右..1點幾睇完創世紀訓~3 B$ G$ O1 Y; b' e
開下閉下~展轉反側~開燈訓住黎睇書諗住易d~但都係咁~最後4點9望住個鐘同自己講!訓呀!!!!
8 P" e6 L) v" t* b( M: g4 z/ T/ m% b..........................今日考writing差過上年~因為出題目係"friend stealing because poor ...how can help he?"一來腦裡空白~二來~偷野無優點,,,so..有d上年都有用o既生字都無用到~
* N' c. C* R6 W好似"although"anyway"however" 正係好似小學生咁猛用it is,can,唉....

夜晚12點幾訓....點幾就起身...之後都訓唔著...真係人都癲...0 `# h8 V  U& H/ I' _$ U, x
但係我覺得有個方法都既好.唔洗食藥.點香"分"(同音字)= =點左之後就慢慢深呼吸,好快就會訓著......注本人覺得真係好訓d..但就晚晚發d怪夢)信唔信就見人見志..

有時一合起對眼, 就會諗起d恐怖野~ 咪訓唔到lo" j$ }/ E) T, {4 R1 S
如果熄左燈, 我又驚到訓唔到 =.= ( 我好怕黑 )0 G, o- x5 l' n2 [4 F* y  _, v* X4 y8 u7 J
不過真正一次失眠係0係澳門~
% {1 d8 _# Z$ a2 X" E  S個日飲左杯珍珠奶茶,+ i9 e- t* ^  }# [+ R; [+ f' W! q
之後成晚訓唔到~
7 q5 A5 j. u- X係到睇電視~~ 仲記得睇左熱門小馬 ( 3:00 )
0 h; }6 J9 N4 G0 t9 X* [到 5:00 就訓左lu~

My worst is 4 hrs. I was going thru a lot ( getting married, about to change job and move to a new country, etc.). I can't sleep when I get lots of pressure.' B1 ^, M/ }" E- I- l

" e" m% \' C3 c9 |( @7 hI realize if I go for light exercise during the day (like running/speedwalking at park for 1/2 hr) my chances of insomia is less. (Don't exericse within an hour of your bed time! It keeps your metabolism up and you won't be able to sleep!).3 ~, v+ A) G$ {2 C1 J7 q5 P6 k

Reading a novel (not something too entertaining like 1 magazine or hard like textbook) helps a bit too.: b9 o6 x( v1 P& U

/ K; \7 O4 A0 O& Z) YI usually get up to my study and read when I can't sleep (don't want to wake up my wife). Staying up in bed for more than 1 hr would only make it worse.
) Y: o6 Q) y& X& n& q. q; y* _. U# {+ F0 Q) g6 r
Another time both my wife and I can't sleep....we ended up having sex and went to sleep soon after we're done. Too tired.

also i sleeps 4 to 6hrs i watch TV until 2:30am
