間唔中嗎?知原因嗎?通常用咩方法解救?最勁試過訓係張床到幾耐先訓著?6 O( {4 P" o7 \0 p8 O. h
~試過1點幾 就5點先訓到  y+ O/ s; Y+ U4 y2 h$ X2 ?  Y

我感到壓力很大的時候就會失眠
: Y/ i" A5 N+ R" C大慨三個月左右一次
. `- G% x' a1 Z! y差不多每次都會連續三十幾個鈡頭都冇瞓
8 |: L! A0 d- g, r再唔係就每日瞓得兩個鈡 (連續兩星期左右)
: x$ y3 H0 J/ {5 b# O8 k連食医生開嘅安眠藥都無用...真係好辛苦...人都癲...

@@我尋日就真係訓得兩粒鐘左右..1點幾睇完創世紀訓~
, g" }' a9 e% B開下閉下~展轉反側~開燈訓住黎睇書諗住易d~但都係咁~最後4點9望住個鐘同自己講!訓呀!!!!
# h4 X+ w* V) N+ Q..........................今日考writing差過上年~因為出題目係"friend stealing because poor ...how can help he?"一來腦裡空白~二來~偷野無優點,,,so..有d上年都有用o既生字都無用到~

夜晚12點幾訓....點幾就起身...之後都訓唔著...真係人都癲...3 t# k# [4 ?- A1 g; C
但係我覺得有個方法都既好.唔洗食藥.點香"分"(同音字)= =點左之後就慢慢深呼吸,好快就會訓著......注本人覺得真係好訓d..但就晚晚發d怪夢)信唔信就見人見志..

有時一合起對眼, 就會諗起d恐怖野~ 咪訓唔到lo

不過真正一次失眠係0係澳門~" f4 u+ C4 `5 ~2 H" T5 j( u
個日飲左杯珍珠奶茶,
* B- ]- h; A& g/ j5 T, Y0 _8 M之後成晚訓唔到~8 M3 k4 T8 J* O% }# ^1 i. T+ a
係到睇電視~~ 仲記得睇左熱門小馬 ( 3:00 )

My worst is 4 hrs. I was going thru a lot ( getting married, about to change job and move to a new country, etc.). I can't sleep when I get lots of pressure.

I realize if I go for light exercise during the day (like running/speedwalking at park for 1/2 hr) my chances of insomia is less. (Don't exericse within an hour of your bed time! It keeps your metabolism up and you won't be able to sleep!).

Reading a novel (not something too entertaining like 1 magazine or hard like textbook) helps a bit too.

I usually get up to my study and read when I can't sleep (don't want to wake up my wife). Staying up in bed for more than 1 hr would only make it worse.% f- J& c  C/ u. j4 H6 P' R

/ d+ A. T& a% IAnother time both my wife and I can't sleep....we ended up having sex and went to sleep soon after we're done. Too tired.

also i sleeps 4 to 6hrs i watch TV until 2:30am
