間唔中嗎?知原因嗎?通常用咩方法解救?最勁試過訓係張床到幾耐先訓著?

我感到壓力很大的時候就會失眠
1 C" p, s) h9 N大慨三個月左右一次
% e" F6 P# w& Q1 @6 d, ^. B/ P差不多每次都會連續三十幾個鈡頭都冇瞓: K. v7 I) S5 ^' T5 l; I
再唔係就每日瞓得兩個鈡 (連續兩星期左右)
" ?3 ^- }$ g0 `. s/ w; }7 c0 U3 E連食医生開嘅安眠藥都無用...真係好辛苦...人都癲...

開下閉下~展轉反側~開燈訓住黎睇書諗住易d~但都係咁~最後4點9望住個鐘同自己講!訓呀!!!!
2 U7 Q) W& D, ~/ z) o6 f8 C..........................今日考writing差過上年~因為出題目係"friend stealing because poor ...how can help he?"一來腦裡空白~二來~偷野無優點,,,so..有d上年都有用o既生字都無用到~
& i; y* Z. `! D/ T- m8 j4 o好似"although"anyway"however" 正係好似小學生咁猛用it is,can,唉....

夜晚12點幾訓....點幾就起身...之後都訓唔著...真係人都癲...# V! C; f# e" B: f6 w
但係我覺得有個方法都既好.唔洗食藥.點香"分"(同音字)= =點左之後就慢慢深呼吸,好快就會訓著......注本人覺得真係好訓d..但就晚晚發d怪夢)信唔信就見人見志..

有時一合起對眼, 就會諗起d恐怖野~ 咪訓唔到lo
0 X$ P. o9 P/ i, N如果熄左燈, 我又驚到訓唔到 =.= ( 我好怕黑 )

& q5 a, B  Z! G- K& X; B3 P2 j個日飲左杯珍珠奶茶,! D; H( Y. T$ m0 w9 j/ K
之後成晚訓唔到~
  {7 s/ a% |; M, K! V係到睇電視~~ 仲記得睇左熱門小馬 ( 3:00 )

My worst is 4 hrs. I was going thru a lot ( getting married, about to change job and move to a new country, etc.). I can't sleep when I get lots of pressure.- ^# q" ]: G7 q9 j+ C
* K' M1 @  D# _0 B2 j/ C) m0 ^8 r
I realize if I go for light exercise during the day (like running/speedwalking at park for 1/2 hr) my chances of insomia is less. (Don't exericse within an hour of your bed time! It keeps your metabolism up and you won't be able to sleep!).

Reading a novel (not something too entertaining like 1 magazine or hard like textbook) helps a bit too.

I usually get up to my study and read when I can't sleep (don't want to wake up my wife). Staying up in bed for more than 1 hr would only make it worse.

) d: y) X4 D. y% e, _3 YAnother time both my wife and I can't sleep....we ended up having sex and went to sleep soon after we're done. Too tired.

also i sleeps 4 to 6hrs i watch TV until 2:30am
