間唔中嗎?知原因嗎?通常用咩方法解救?最勁試過訓係張床到幾耐先訓著?

我感到壓力很大的時候就會失眠" G1 l3 ]4 e0 z1 F  u4 @" h
大慨三個月左右一次
# ~, i7 N, Y' `- W% _# f2 M! }' ~差不多每次都會連續三十幾個鈡頭都冇瞓& q3 N& |, ]3 U1 ^, {9 I& }/ ]$ A% ]0 g
再唔係就每日瞓得兩個鈡 (連續兩星期左右)5 F  ~: n) X# p
連食医生開嘅安眠藥都無用...真係好辛苦...人都癲...

..........................今日考writing差過上年~因為出題目係"friend stealing because poor ...how can help he?"一來腦裡空白~二來~偷野無優點,,,so..有d上年都有用o既生字都無用到~3 n" l8 Z1 {' o7 g
好似"although"anyway"however" 正係好似小學生咁猛用it is,can,唉....

夜晚12點幾訓....點幾就起身...之後都訓唔著...真係人都癲...
" r/ ~$ m% p* t" g% H; b但係我覺得有個方法都既好.唔洗食藥.點香"分"(同音字)= =點左之後就慢慢深呼吸,好快就會訓著......注本人覺得真係好訓d..但就晚晚發d怪夢)信唔信就見人見志..

有時一合起對眼, 就會諗起d恐怖野~ 咪訓唔到lo9 _1 ?' F4 I0 d: n
如果熄左燈, 我又驚到訓唔到 =.= ( 我好怕黑 ), V3 t+ W1 f& j/ Q; |9 l
不過真正一次失眠係0係澳門~7 L$ A8 B6 Y( A
個日飲左杯珍珠奶茶,
( n# H. h& V3 D, }/ x; _/ w) G9 H! A之後成晚訓唔到~  k2 H2 @( U) e: T" n" Q
係到睇電視~~ 仲記得睇左熱門小馬 ( 3:00 )7 g" n5 Q* g9 e0 p0 X0 j! V2 j
到 5:00 就訓左lu~

My worst is 4 hrs. I was going thru a lot ( getting married, about to change job and move to a new country, etc.). I can't sleep when I get lots of pressure.- d( i( z9 q: F/ l8 m2 G# p4 W

1 ], `6 v' L- W( \I realize if I go for light exercise during the day (like running/speedwalking at park for 1/2 hr) my chances of insomia is less. (Don't exericse within an hour of your bed time! It keeps your metabolism up and you won't be able to sleep!).

" ?$ f0 r4 |" C* J* FReading a novel (not something too entertaining like 1 magazine or hard like textbook) helps a bit too.& z1 ^/ Z9 ?; _9 S; w

I usually get up to my study and read when I can't sleep (don't want to wake up my wife). Staying up in bed for more than 1 hr would only make it worse.  y" z, J1 K0 G+ Z" @  `( J1 \8 W: {

" r/ }0 V9 S  Q1 {7 LAnother time both my wife and I can't sleep....we ended up having sex and went to sleep soon after we're done. Too tired.

also i sleeps 4 to 6hrs i watch TV until 2:30am
