間唔中嗎?知原因嗎?通常用咩方法解救?最勁試過訓係張床到幾耐先訓著?

我感到壓力很大的時候就會失眠2 _7 ]% d& m) C  s3 |% i. c* |
大慨三個月左右一次; e; q! b3 B+ N% E
差不多每次都會連續三十幾個鈡頭都冇瞓
6 t3 B& |$ W6 B: S再唔係就每日瞓得兩個鈡 (連續兩星期左右)
6 M/ c4 n! g& ^5 }連食医生開嘅安眠藥都無用...真係好辛苦...人都癲...

開下閉下~展轉反側~開燈訓住黎睇書諗住易d~但都係咁~最後4點9望住個鐘同自己講!訓呀!!!!# V$ [3 C& v3 a, E( q+ U
..........................今日考writing差過上年~因為出題目係"friend stealing because poor ...how can help he?"一來腦裡空白~二來~偷野無優點,,,so..有d上年都有用o既生字都無用到~

夜晚12點幾訓....點幾就起身...之後都訓唔著...真係人都癲...
; [6 X- V& u6 @4 l, T4 u但係我覺得有個方法都既好.唔洗食藥.點香"分"(同音字)= =點左之後就慢慢深呼吸,好快就會訓著......注本人覺得真係好訓d..但就晚晚發d怪夢)信唔信就見人見志..

有時一合起對眼, 就會諗起d恐怖野~ 咪訓唔到lo6 w% L- U" o- ?% X6 k
如果熄左燈, 我又驚到訓唔到 =.= ( 我好怕黑 )( N+ M  a3 t6 k
不過真正一次失眠係0係澳門~

係到睇電視~~ 仲記得睇左熱門小馬 ( 3:00 )6 }* G6 I& \% a1 }
到 5:00 就訓左lu~

My worst is 4 hrs. I was going thru a lot ( getting married, about to change job and move to a new country, etc.). I can't sleep when I get lots of pressure.# f& I2 b! M9 P6 T- E0 t1 A

I realize if I go for light exercise during the day (like running/speedwalking at park for 1/2 hr) my chances of insomia is less. (Don't exericse within an hour of your bed time! It keeps your metabolism up and you won't be able to sleep!).

- w( R. e1 Y8 l; _) aReading a novel (not something too entertaining like 1 magazine or hard like textbook) helps a bit too.& N( s/ d* u- S: a- N, f/ p* D/ M4 o; Y- N

2 N/ S' @' L8 f' ]$ `( B* _( VI usually get up to my study and read when I can't sleep (don't want to wake up my wife). Staying up in bed for more than 1 hr would only make it worse.

' u. k' K- W$ e1 s1 \6 dAnother time both my wife and I can't sleep....we ended up having sex and went to sleep soon after we're done. Too tired.

also i sleeps 4 to 6hrs i watch TV until 2:30am
