How about at the hospital?# h6 G6 Z7 Z# y7 b

8 o7 ?9 ]( T' |I touch dead bodies all the time...cancer, surgerical, etc.  v: d4 ]9 R# V

5 B! x3 D! j8 ]& q; G: |$ k- p1/2 hr after dead, the body will lose the bounce and starting to feel like cold meat. It's kind of disgusting but after a while I am okay with it.2 Z3 G1 p. s8 @9 s# W$ R4 @1 P

/ j. `; r0 j- m/ K2 A* t. BWhen I touch the deceased, I kept telling myself this is not a person anymore, the person is gone and this (the body) is just the shell. If I know the patient well, I would even quietly say goodbye to him/her before the nurses come and pack him/her up.

The ones with accidents in the ER are really bad, but we're too busy trying to save him/her to pause and think.
