Based on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two, , z2 E/ m2 b4 i# a( F. v4 s' A7 p. x6 f7 u2 R
1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!! 1 n6 a/ k1 V( J$ lHigh-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria. 5 i1 N$ _' k# l/ R. Y1 D! s( a; U ) r" M: v% X, {7 z2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish. 0 d4 Q8 q* w6 L, N( ~* x- M5 i" `- R& P% s; J4 [( R# M
Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.作者: singgeihot 時間: 2005-6-7 09:08 AM
However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind. & j& f4 d9 f6 {1 ~7 P5 S7 l$ ^ ; @; O. F3 N. B5 r9 uA balance diet, and exercise regularly 8 d% m- f. O. ^' @

Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.0 q i# Z/ S# N2 A+ ^

But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning. 4 l$ V- C6 o% ` " E% H3 @9 V5 l1 M& \Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly.
