4 t) W+ V) n0 y/ [4 q+ ]Based on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two, ! _, a. F3 B( v

$ I2 i2 E9 B/ C' a9 y2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.
) ]' K& b# s' M5 F5 o' T! f  c6 Q& i/ U( w: [
Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind. * Z; n" x% Z& ]# |; z2 A9 O# e
, T7 @8 a0 `7 A0 T
A balance diet, and exercise regularly / [! J6 Y& {# w! Y
5 i/ g$ |* i9 g
Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.# O* _- t" {( H; O7 J3 w
. Q$ a/ h0 Y7 l! G: d5 _
For example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning.
  t" Q# X- \) K  ~8 i8 \, {. I' G+ q& o& A9 I
Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.
