Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.8 J0 p* i+ M$ `1 E% e

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all, ' @" J, C" j1 y) W/ J9 y* Xand I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others. 1 X/ j6 `! k( {4 T- F# j9 ITherefore I here announce people: 2 g: [5 A3 E& N' u
