Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.& a. n1 O2 u* n5 V* p' P
7 L0 R7 ]* o$ {8 w: y. }3 THoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all, u+ ?2 p4 `+ p) z2 P. Land I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.- l2 |- {* G2 _7 S% s3 j# ]' T- \) z
