昨晚我參加一個的安全防範的研習會，讓我很驚嘆！這場研習會是由一個叫Pat Malone的人主持，他是知名人士的保鑣，也為FBI工作，並教授警察及海軍的SEALS徒手格鬥。

TIPS FROM USA POLICE

This is a good reminder for all of us. You can never Read this too many times! 0 j9 ?; H$ q& e: O# F& [9 A0 S
以下建議非常實用，多看幾次，受用無窮！ 5 ^) o0 ~. w' F4 ^; }

1.Tip from police: The elbow is the strongest point on your body. If you are close enough to use it, do!
1.警方的提醒：手肘是身體最有力的部位。距離夠近，就善用手肘！

2.If a robber asks for your wallet and/or purse, DO NOT HAND IT TO HIM. Toss it away from you.... chances are that he is more interested in your Wallet and/or purse than you and he will go for the wallet or purse. RUN LIKE MAD IN THE OTHER DIRECTION! 9 I  R/ y& T- e, K0 F
2.假如歹徒向你要皮夾或錢包，不要遞給他，而是將皮夾或錢包往遠處丟去。歹徒很可能對財物比對你有興趣，他會去拿皮夾或錢包，這是你逃跑的機會。往反方向拼命跑！！* W3 u$ B: ~$ [% g1 O( ~( H

3.If you are ever thrown into the trunk of a car: Kick out the back tail lights and stick your arm out the hole and start waving like crazy. The driver won't see you but everybody else will. This has saved lives.
3.假如你被丟進車子的後車廂：把車後燈踢破，將你的手從洞中伸出去，用力揮手，駕駛人看不到你，但是其他人看得到。這個方法救過無數人命。

4.Women have a tendency to get into their car after shopping, eating, working, etc., and just sit (doing their check book, or making a list, etc.) DON'T DO THIS! The predator will be watching you, and this is the perfect opportunity for him to get in on the passenger side, put a gun to your head, and tell you where to go. 4.女性常常在購物、吃飯及下班後進入車子，然後就坐在駕駛座上處理事情（如記帳、列清單等）。千萬不要這麼做！歹徒會藉機觀察情勢，闖入車內，拿槍威脅，控制你的行動。

5.A Few Notes About Getting Into Your Car In a Parking Lot, or Parking Garage: - g% `7 A- D7 h( u( B; u* s
5.在平面停車場及立體停車場的幾個注意事項：

A.Be aware: look around you; look into your car, at the passenger side floor, and in the 0 N1 |, C$ o4 r' j+ k

A.要警覺：環顧四周；察看車內的乘客座和後座。（接近車子時，留意車底。）

B.If you're parked next to a big van you should enter your car from the passenger door. Most serial killers attack their victims by pulling them into their vans while the women are attempting to get into their cars.

6.ALWAYS take the elevator instead of the stairs. (Stairwells are horrible places to be alone and the perfect crime spot).

7.If the predator has a gun and you are not under his control, ALWAYS RUN! The predator will only hit you (a running target) 4 in 100 times; And even then, it most likely WILL NOT be a vital organ, RUN!

He walked with a cane, or a limp, and often asked "for help" into his vehicle or with his vehicle, which is when he abducted his next victim.+ C6 h8 K) {# r7 R1 e& h! P' I0 p7 t

8.身為女性，我們總是發揮同情心：不要再這樣！這樣會增加被強暴或是殺害的機會。一個叫泰得‧邦迪（Ted Bundy）的連續殺人犯就是一個相貌堂堂並且受過良好教育的人，總是利用女性的同情心。他走路時帶著一根手杖或是跛行，經常要求別人「幫忙」他進入車內或是看一下他的車子，趁機綁架受害者。

Someone just told me that her friend heard a crying baby on her porch the night before last, and she called the police because it was late and she thought it was weird. The police told her "Whatever you do, DO NOT open the door." The lady then said that it sounded like the baby had crawled near a window, and she was worried that it would crawl to the street and get run over. The policeman said, "We already have a unit on the way, whatever you do, DO NOT open the door." He told her that they think a serial killer has a baby cry recorder and uses it to
coax women out of their homes thinking that someone dropped off a baby. He said they have not verified it, but have had several calls by women saying that they heard baby cries outside their doors ! when they're home alone at night. Please pass this on! and DO NOT open the door for a crying baby. 4 h1 ]8 L' z/ u/ d) ?
最近有人告訴我，他的朋友在晚上聽到門口有嬰兒在哭，不過當時已經很晚了，而且她認為這件事很奇怪，於是她打電話給警察。警察告訴她：「無論如何，絕對不要開門。」這位女士表示那聲音聽起來像是嬰兒爬到窗戶附近哭，她擔心嬰兒會爬到街上，被車子碾過。警察告訴她：我們已經派人前往，無論如何不能開門。警方認為這是一個連續殺人犯，利用嬰兒哭聲的錄音帶，誘使女性以為有人在外面遺棄嬰兒，騙她們出門察看。雖然尚未證實此事，但是警方已經接到許多女性打電話來說，他們晚上獨自在家時，聽到門外有嬰兒的哭聲，請將這個消息傳給其他人，不要因為聽到嬰兒的哭聲而開門。

以手肘作為近距離攻擊比起用拳更快更準,威力也最大!
