There is not one overwhelmingly decisive reasons for the growth of this kind of hormone. I am guessing that you want to grow taller, right? . Q( p! o0 q* Q

Regulare execising (aerobic ones as well as anaerobic ones) stimulates the hormone activities...but this is not the only factor....1 W( o8 i5 r% N5 g
