the sleeping time...actually this hormones is kind of sex hormones

There is not one overwhelmingly decisive reasons for the growth of this kind of hormone. I am guessing that you want to grow taller, right? ; c) s% N% R; i2 q) h

Regulare execising (aerobic ones as well as anaerobic ones) stimulates the hormone activities...but this is not the only factor..../ H E7 @1 A7 g0 \. P( {
