the sleeping time...actually this hormones is kind of sex hormones

There is not one overwhelmingly decisive reasons for the growth of this kind of hormone. I am guessing that you want to grow taller, right? , N5 I$ {$ e% F/ Y

Regulare execising (aerobic ones as well as anaerobic ones) stimulates the hormone activities...but this is not the only factor....3 [4 c1 s' L5 B1 `. K! M3 P
