This is like blaming the victum man. Getting high and being raped is two different subject here. No one is entitled to rape anyone, being high or not.

maybe she was thinking it was u cos of the drugs, she was willing at the time, but then she wakes up and sees a different man she can still call that rape, so maybe the guy was drunk/ignorant and did truthfully think she was will. then if she sues i would believe the guy is the victim |
