There is one "superstar" you didn't include in your list - Allan Houston of the New York Knicks.  He made US$17,531,250 this season and he played 20 games only.  Pretty decent salary, I must say ...

82 regular + at least 16 playoff (7-7-7-7 format)

bascially exactly the same as the NBA

oh, i misunderstood you, sorry

i usually play 1 quarter each game for all the games before the trading deadline.  after the trading deadline, i just simulate them.  and i usually play 1 quarter each game for the playoff.
