Is "Torres" Good For Liverpool?

It looks like "Torres" is set to join Liverpool. Is "Torres" the right person?
Personally, I believe Liverpool did not perform well for the past few seasons,
partly due to the mid-fielder did not create sufficient changes for the forward
to score the goal. They also lack of winger like Man United/Chelsea/Arsenal.
If you do not create enought chances, the forward will end up chasing the ball rather
than take position and shoot. I believe there is a mis-match between Liverpool's
mid-fielder which is too dependent on Gerrard. I'm worry that "Torres" will be another
"Morrientes". Your opinion?
